System Design Project Manager (IRT exp essential)

About the role

The Systems Design Project Manager (IRT) supports clinical trials by designing and delivering IRT systems that ensure patients receive the correct study drug according to protocol. This client‑facing role requires strong IRT expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex projects in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse study protocols and define IRT system needs with clients.
• Consult sponsors on IRT system setup, author user requirement documents and lead review cycles.
• Develop and manage project timelines, prepare status reports and financial summaries.
• Oversee financial elements such as deliverable tracking and invoice approval.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, lead issue resolution and support continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior PMs and present project updates at internal and external meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Substantial relevant experience in IRT system design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality and timeline expectations.

Required skills

• IRT system design expertise.
• SQL experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general software tools.
