Customer Support Specialist – French & German

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech that enables retailers to offer fully digital, flexible payment options. As a Customer Support Specialist you will assist both merchants and their end‑customers, switching daily between French, German and English to provide a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide merchants through onboarding, account setup and integration of e‑commerce and in‑store payment solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, handling day‑to‑day requests and checkout support.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat and WhatsApp, managing account tasks, orders and refunds.
• Resolve complaints calmly, propose clear solutions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and German; strong English proficiency.
• Customer‑service mindset with a warm, proactive attitude.
• Natural problem‑solver who takes initiative and stays organized under pressure.
• Right to work in Switzerland.
