Customer Support Specialist – French & German (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist who will assist both merchants and end‑customers using our fintech payment platform. Working remotely from anywhere in Switzerland, you will switch daily between French, German and English to provide clear, friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide merchants through onboarding, account setup and document collection.
• Act as the main point of contact for merchants, handling day‑to‑day requests and checkout support.
• Assist with e‑commerce and in‑store integration, troubleshooting issues via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Respond to customer queries through email, phone and live chat, managing contracts, orders and refunds.
• Resolve complaints calmly, propose clear solutions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and German (non‑negotiable) and strong English.
• Customer‑service experience is a plus; attitude matters most – warm, proactive and people‑oriented.
• Natural problem‑solver who takes initiative and stays organized under pressure.
• Enjoys a fast‑moving environment with frequent changes.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland.
