About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with solid experience in compliance, risk and regulatory reporting to join a leading private banking institution in Zurich. The role will focus on delivering data analytics and business intelligence solutions that support regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Support compliance analytics and regulatory reporting initiatives.
Develop and deliver analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
Perform regular and ad‑hoc data analysis and reporting.
Assess and manage business change requests.
Create and maintain high‑quality documentation.
Support the design, validation, and monitoring of compliance‑related models and controls.

Required profile

Strong banking experience within compliance, risk management or legal.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, economics, banking or finance.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

SQL and database programming.
Python programming.
