Deputy Qualified Person (QP) – Sterile Manufacturing

About the role

This position is a hands‑on Deputy Qualified Person role within a specialized pharmaceutical CDMO in French‑speaking Switzerland. You will work closely with the QP, supporting batch release and operational QA in a small, agile sterile manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Support the QP in batch certification and release, including batch record review and GMP documentation approval.
• Manage deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and Change Controls, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Provide senior QA support to sterile/aseptic manufacturing operations and act as the quality interface between Production, QC, QA, Release and external customers.
• Support inspections, customer audits and maintain inspection readiness.

Required profile

• Several years of operational QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with recent sterile/aseptic experience.
• Strong background in batch review, disposition and release, and prior Deputy QP or close QP involvement.
• Proven ability to work independently, make decisions on the shop floor and communicate in French and professional English.
