Design Lead, Brand & Marketing

About the role

QAI Ventures is seeking a hands‑on Design Lead to own and evolve its global visual identity and digital presence. Reporting to the CMO, you will work across the fund, accelerator, venture builder and corporate innovation units to create a cohesive brand system that drives investor confidence and attracts top founders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously refine QAI’s global visual identity across all outputs.
• Build and maintain a scalable Figma‑based design system with components, tokens and guidelines.
• Create high‑stakes assets such as LP and investor decks, event materials, social media campaigns, animations and digital content.
• Support CEO communications with presentation design for speeches and high‑profile events.
• Own and improve the website as a conversion engine, managing Squarespace and/or Webflow/Framer, UX, performance and CMS‑driven content.
• Implement analytics (GA4), tracking systems and conversion funnels; lead SEO strategy using Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Develop repeatable AI‑driven pipelines with Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney and other tools to accelerate content production.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, systems‑oriented designer with a strong visual identity background.
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems for multiple business units.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into tangible digital and physical assets.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
