Desk Sales Specialist – Customer Outreach & Repair Sales

About the role

The T Desk Sales Specialist supports the Swiss Repair Centre by acting as the primary point of contact for customers on repair sales opportunities. Working under the T Desk Manager, the role focuses on outbound calling, follow‑up of quotations, and converting leads into orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of elevator units and repair opportunities, executing daily outbound calling campaigns.
• Process inspection reports, create or support repair quotations, and maintain systematic follow‑up until a decision is reached.
• Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries related to repair quotations, providing clear information and coordinating next steps.
• Register incoming orders in the system, forward them to the responsible branch, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.
• Maintain high‑quality data in the Service Sales CRM, including customer details, asset information, opportunity status, and call notes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer engagement, telemarketing, inside sales, call‑center operations or similar.
• Completed commercial or business administration apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong telephone communication skills with the ability to persistently follow up with customers.
• Fluency in French; English proficiency highly desirable; German or Italian considered assets.
• Structured, reliable, detail‑oriented working style with a disciplined approach to documentation and follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Service Sales CRM for tracking opportunities.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data handling.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Outlook, Teams).
