DevOps Engineer – IAM Framework

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. You will work closely with security, infrastructure and development teams to ensure robust access compliance and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate IAM solutions in Azure, AWS and on‑premise settings.
• Automate integration, deployment and identity/access management processes using modern DevOps tooling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce security, audit and access policies.
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve IAM‑related incidents and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging trends in IAM and DevOps technologies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in DevOps engineering with deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, platform components and cross‑layer debugging.
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment while maintaining rigor and team spirit.
