DevOps Engineer – Mobile

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a DevOps Engineer focused on mobile to streamline delivery, integration, and performance of its iOS and Android apps. You will shape infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation that enable fast, reliable releases for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android development.
• Automate build, test and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure supporting mobile backend services and tooling.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to ensure efficient release cycles and fast feedback loops.
• Optimize performance, reliability and scalability of mobile‑specific infrastructure and build systems.
• Integrate monitoring, logging and alerting for mobile services and CI/CD systems.
• Enforce mobile app security best practices, including certificate management, secrets handling and signing processes.
• Support infrastructure‑as‑code using tools such as Terraform.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps tools to improve mobile workflows.

Required profile

• ~3+ years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on mobile app pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience building and distributing iOS and Android applications at scale.
• Experience working in Agile or cross‑functional product‑driven teams.

Required skills

• Mobile CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, fastlane, CircleCI, GitLab CI).
• Apple Developer tools (Xcode, provisioning profiles, code signing) and Google Play Store pipelines.
• Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting (Bash, Python).
• Infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform).
• Monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
