Digital Content Strategist (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

EY is looking for a Digital Content Strategist to lead the planning, creation, governance and activation of digital content across its global website. This 12‑month fixed‑term role will help translate EY’s strategic priorities into engaging, audience‑focused digital experiences that are brand‑aligned, SEO‑optimized and AI‑discoverable.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, optimize and activate digital content and campaigns for the global website.
• Partner with marketers worldwide to understand target audiences and deliver content that meets digital strategy, editorial standards and business objectives.
• Contribute to planning and strategy across the digital‑channel ecosystem, balancing hands‑on project work with broader strategic input.
• Measure, report and evaluate campaign performance to drive learning and benchmark against best‑in‑class creative marketing.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience creating digital experiences that deepen audience relationships and attract new users.
• Excellent US English written and verbal communication skills with a global perspective.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on content and channel optimization.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization with complex senior‑stakeholder management.
