Campaign Manager — Affiliate Growth & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Campaign Manager to turn affiliate growth ideas into well‑executed, measurable campaigns. You will coordinate preparation and launches, build operational workflows, prepare materials, track results and support partner sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Turn campaign objectives into briefs, timelines, deliverables and launch checklists.
• Coordinate campaign preparation, launches, follow‑ups and post‑campaign reviews.
• Maintain the campaign calendar and flag blockers or dependencies.
• Build and maintain simple forms, Google Sheets/Notion trackers and lightweight automations.
• Test application flows, permissions, tracking links, promo codes and handoffs.
• Prepare KOL briefs, talking points, FAQs, outreach drafts and other campaign materials.
• Support partner onboarding, sample distribution and publishing follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, consolidate sales and performance data, and prepare reports and reward calculations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in campaign operations, growth or affiliate marketing.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Notion and form‑building tools.
• Ability to create simple workflows and automations independently.
• Strong written English and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working with tracking links, campaign data and basic funnel analysis.
