Digital Hangar Ecosystem Communications Internship

About the role

Join the Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar Ecosystem as a Communications Intern and help shape the storytelling around innovation, technology and people across one of aviation’s largest digital communities.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content such as articles, newsletters, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, LinkedIn updates, photos and videos.
• Manage and continuously improve communication channels and support the design of communication campaigns.
• Assist in planning, communicating and executing events, learning sessions and community activities.
• Produce performance reports, analyse user insights and recommend improvements.
• Design presentations, visual assets and other communication materials using modern digital tools.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration or related field.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong editorial flair, excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Interest in digital trends, innovation and AI‑supported communication formats.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite, especially Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with Copilot or other AI‑assisted tools.
