Project Coordinator – Customer Experience Internship

About the role

This 6‑month, full‑time internship within the Customer Experience team supports gategroup’s presence at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE). You will work closely with cross‑functional and international teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Experience team, including preparing schedules and developing presentation content.
• Coordinate activities, organize meetings, and support internal workstreams such as staffing, participant management, and booth construction.
• Assist in organizing pre‑event sessions, seminars, trainings, and customer meetings throughout the WTCE.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, basic project‑management knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
