Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Join DLG’s Client Services Team as a Digital Marketing Intern, splitting your time between Social Media and Performance Marketing for luxury brand clients worldwide. You will work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Sales & Marketing teams, reporting to senior heads in both disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing social media strategies, research, benchmarking, and content calendar creation.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage community interactions, monitor and respond to audience engagement.
• Craft copy for client social media activities and marketing projects.
• Report on social media performance, deliver insights and flag trends.
• Support acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, and Social Media channels.
• Conduct research and benchmarking using Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush and related tools.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, highlight key findings, and assist in report production.
• Attend client and internal meetings, share updates, and coordinate follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 6–9 months of experience in social media, performance marketing, or a related digital role.
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Swiss nationality or a valid work permit.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C2) and French (C1).
• Strong affinity for creative and design work.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project‑management tools such as Trello, Asana, Google Workspace.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• SEO/SEA tools: Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush (plus).
• Social‑media management tools: Buffer, Sprout (plus).
