Growth Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Digital Marketing Specialist to launch the B2C side of LocalBini, a platform with verified local hosts in over 200 European cities. You will own the end‑to‑end growth engine, from SEO and content creation to paid acquisition, working closely with the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the full B2C go‑to‑market strategy.
• Build a scalable, multilingual SEO and content engine using AI/LLM tools.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google and Meta, deciding when to scale or pause.
• Define and own B2C bookings targets from month 12 onward.
• Implement tracking, attribution and reporting to ensure data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate daily with the CEO and coordinate weekly/monthly on‑site meetings in St. Gallen.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of growth or marketing experience, preferably in travel, experience platforms or two‑sided marketplaces.
• Proven track record of building an SEO content engine from scratch.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM tools for content production, keyword research and testing.
• Commercial mindset with ownership of revenue or bookings metrics.
• Experience hiring and leading small teams.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
