Digital Solutions Finance & Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Finance & Tax Specialist to lead the digital transformation of finance, tax, accounting and controlling processes within our Swiss Country Platform. You will design and implement innovative digital tools that improve efficiency, transparency and data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize transfer price monitoring and steering through digital solutions ensuring arm‑length compliance.
• Identify, design and implement digital tools for finance, tax, accounting and controlling to enhance process quality and automation.
• Monitor financial, compliance and transfer‑pricing risks by creating digital controls, dashboards and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, accounting, controlling and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models, analytics solutions and workflow automation.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve digital solutions for data collection, documentation, reporting and scenario analysis in transfer pricing.
• Provide training and guidance to finance and tax colleagues on digital tool usage, fostering a culture of innovation and data literacy.
• Ensure all digital solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and best practices in data governance and information security.
• Share best practices with global finance and tax communities to enable reuse and scaling.

Required profile

• Professional experience at the intersection of finance, tax and digital solutions, preferably with exposure to transfer pricing in an international environment.
• Strong technical background in computer science, data analytics or a related digital discipline.
• Solid understanding of finance and tax processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to design, implement and maintain digital tools that support finance and tax functions.
