Project Planning & Controls Analyst – FCC

About the role

Want to contribute to one of the world's most ambitious science projects while building your skills in planning, data and project coordination? Join the FCC project's Scheduling, Planning & Resources Office and work with an international community of scientists, engineers and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with teams across the FCC project to understand, gather and document their scheduling, planning and resource‑management requirements.
• Help develop and improve the tools and workflows used to plan resources.
• Support resource planning and tracking to ensure project information is complete, consistent and up to date.
• Map and analyse processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency and strengthen collaboration.
• Work with structured project data, improving its quality, consistency and usability.

Required profile

• Degree in business, finance, economics, management, engineering or a related field.
• Maximum two years of professional experience since graduation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with a commitment to learn French.
• National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
