Digital Transformation Lawyer / Legal Counsel

About the role

Join UBS’s Strategic Initiatives & Digital Transformation Legal team in Switzerland to provide strategic and legal advice across digital transformation projects and new banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on all stages of digital transformation initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Support the development and launch of innovative banking products and digital client offerings.
• Act as the primary legal contact for regulatory change matters and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law; Swiss bar admission is an asset.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an international business environment or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss contract law, consumer credit law and financial market law.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German, French or Italian fluency is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage digital projects.

• Legal drafting and documentation for client‑friendly contracts.
• Risk identification and mitigation in digital product development.
• Collaboration with Group Legal colleagues and business stakeholders.
