Director, Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation

About the role

PwC is hiring a Director for its Cybersecurity & Privacy advisory practice in Zurich. As a Director you will lead a global delivery team and help grow the cybersecurity practice, which focuses on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries. The role covers strategy through to execution, including large transformation programmes such as supply chain, OT, IAM and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and opportunities to develop and grow the cyber business.
• Scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
• Create an environment where people and technology work together to achieve more.
• Drive and own strategic client relationships and long-term partnerships that benefit the firm and its clients.
• Deliver complex security transformation projects, including supply chain, OT, IAM and managed services programmes, and advise clients on target operating models for IT-OT convergence.
• Build and grow a global delivery team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in manufacturing, pharma or industrial products environments.
• Significant experience in business development or strategic account management.
• Leadership skills and experience leading diverse teams in a multicultural setting.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with global cybersecurity functions such as supply chain security, OT security, cyber strategy, vulnerability management, IAM, incident response and monitoring, or relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Knowledge of global standards and frameworks such as IEC-62243/ISA-99 and NIST CS.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP) are beneficial.
• Ability to conceptualise and pitch prototypes and proof of concepts for clients.
