Director in Quality & Regulatory Management - Advisory Services

About the role

Lead and deliver high‑impact quality and regulatory projects for senior stakeholders of high‑profile clients. Drive business development by originating opportunities, leading proposals and converting them into successful engagements while shaping innovative ideas and propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, lead and execute quality and regulatory transformation projects, covering strategy, operating model and target‑state design.
• Develop new ideas and propositions to expand existing client relationships and secure new projects.
• Cover functional expertise across the value chain, collaborating with commercial, market access, supply‑chain and other consulting teams.
• Drive growth and transformation of the Quality & Regulatory practice, including AI‑enabled propositions and delivery models.
• Represent PwC at client meetings, industry events and conferences, building a strong professional network.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Quality and/or Regulatory functions, with at least 6 years in management consulting.
• Proven track record in business development and large‑scale project delivery.
• Strong personal network with decision‑makers along the value chain.
• Experience advising on GxP, data privacy, digital strategy and operating model design.
