Director – Industrial Cybersecurity (OT & Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a Director to lead our Industrial Cybersecurity practice (Manufacturing, Pharma & Industrial Products) and drive large‑scale security transformation programs for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cyber transformation programs across OT, IAM, Supply Chain and Managed Services.
• Build and nurture long‑term strategic client relationships.
• Grow and develop a high‑performing international delivery team.
• Identify new business opportunities and craft compelling value propositions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products environments.
• Expertise in one or more domains: OT Security, IAM, Supply Chain Security, Cyber Strategy, NIS2 / EU CRA compliance.
• Proven track record in business development and strategic account management.
• Strong leadership in multicultural environments with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IEC‑62443, NIST CSF frameworks; certifications such as CISSP, GICSP or equivalent are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English required – German or French is a strong advantage.
