Director of Digital Growth (International Apparel & Lifestyle)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive global digital growth for a fast‑growing international apparel and lifestyle brand. The Director of Digital Growth will shape acquisition, retention and conversion strategies across a rapidly expanding DTC and e‑commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute worldwide digital growth plans covering acquisition, retention and conversion.
• Lead performance‑marketing initiatives across paid social, search, display, affiliate and other channels.
• Manage CRM, segmentation, personalization and lifecycle automation to boost customer value.
• Optimize website performance, conversion rates and customer journeys through testing and CRO.
• Build forecasting, attribution models, KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for data‑driven decisions.
• Oversee digital budgets, monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER and contribution margin.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Finance and Executive teams to align digital tactics with commercial goals.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing or e‑commerce leadership.
• Proven success scaling international DTC or apparel brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial leadership style and ability to manage agencies and partners.
• Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus.
