Director of Revenue – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As Director of Revenue for Six Senses Crans‑Montana you will own the revenue management and distribution function, ensuring alignment with the brand’s wellness, sustainability and guest‑experience vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, inventory and distribution strategies to maximise room revenue and market share.
• Audit rate loading, maintain price parity and optimise presence across all channels (brand website, OTA, GDS, direct bookings).
• Analyse pick‑up patterns, lead times and market trends to produce weekly forecasts and drive revenue‑focused decisions.
• Lead the annual rooms revenue budget, rate preparation and design of packages and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and reservations to align commercial activities with revenue goals.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and third‑party distribution platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in a luxury hotel environment, with multi‑departmental exposure.
• Strong analytical, numerical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, capable of coaching and developing teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Extensive knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
• Experience with Central Reservation Systems and distribution platforms such as SiteMinder and OTA Insight.
