Director of Value, Access & Policy – Europe

About the role

The (Sr.) Director of Value, Access and Policy, Europe will lead Acadia’s market access strategy across European markets, ensuring appropriate pricing, reimbursement and stakeholder engagement for our neurological and rare disease therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Support market access in mid‑size and small European countries.
• Develop and implement pricing and access launch strategies tailored to each country.
• Create pricing & access strategies that incorporate evidence needs, value propositions, managed entry schemes and agreements.
• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of pricing and reimbursement dossiers.
• Identify evidence requirements and contribute to evidence generation plans.
• Define and coordinate negotiation strategies with clear approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, advisors, key opinion leaders and patient groups.
• Prepare annual strategic plans and budgets, providing accurate forecasts.
• Monitor HTA and reimbursement trends across Europe to anticipate developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA or PhD in science/economics preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive market access experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.
