Director, Partner Sales

About the role

The Director, Partner Sales leads the strategy, growth, and performance of Clearwave Fiber’s third‑party reseller and indirect sales channels, driving residential subscriber growth and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall third‑party reseller and indirect sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the Partner Sales Manager team, setting performance expectations and accountability.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leadership of key reseller organizations.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, recruit and onboard new reseller partners to expand market coverage.
• Establish partner business plans, conduct executive‑level reviews and improve under‑performing partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations and Sales leadership to launch new routes to market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in telecommunications, broadband or related industry.
• 5+ years managing indirect sales, dealer or reseller channels in the FTTH industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver subscriber, revenue and market‑penetration growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing forecasts, business plans and performance reporting.

Required skills

• Experience with SalesRabbit or similar sales enablement platforms.
