Director, Quality & Regulatory Management - Advisory Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Director in Quality & Regulatory Management within its Advisory Services line of service, based in Zurich. The role combines selling, leading and delivering high-impact projects with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients, while driving business development through proposals and new client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, lead and deliver projects with senior stakeholders, originating opportunities, leading proposals and converting them into client engagements.
• Develop new ideas and propositions to win and expand projects, such as quality and QMS strategy, regulatory strategy and operating model design, digital strategies and functional roadmaps.
• Cover Quality and Regulatory expertise across the value chain and work closely with consulting teams on commercial, market access, supply chain and other functions.
• Drive the growth and transformation of the Quality and Regulatory team, capabilities and consulting business, working with the global network and the enterprise AI team to scale AI-enabled propositions and delivery models.
• Build your own network and represent PwC at client meetings, industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in Quality and/or Regulatory, of which at least 6 in consulting.
• Experience in a management consulting firm advising clients on Quality and Regulatory strategy, and running large transformation projects and developing new propositions.
• Track record in business development and project delivery, with a strong personal network of decision-makers.
• Exposure to GxP and other regulatory frameworks, data privacy, digital strategy, operating model design, system design, process improvement, technology implementation and digital/analytics technologies including AI.
