Sales Director / Senior Manager, Microsoft Cloud & AI Platforms

About the role

PwC and Microsoft maintain a strategic global alliance focused on AI-driven innovation and transformation across Cloud & AI Platforms, Security and AI Business Solutions. As a multi-award-winning Microsoft Partner, PwC delivers end-to-end transformation using Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot and Agentic AI. This director-level advisory role in Zurich drives new business growth in the Microsoft Cloud & AI space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert business transformation opportunities enabled by the Microsoft Cloud & AI portfolio
• Work with the Microsoft ecosystem, account executives and technical specialists to turn joint value propositions into co-selling strategies
• Lead strategic sales pursuits, including win strategy, proposals and deal closure
• Leverage Microsoft partner programs, incentives and funding, and act as a connector between Microsoft and PwC teams
• Align with PwC Lines of Service and Alliance Teams, and build strong relationships across Microsoft's business
• Stay informed on Microsoft's solutions, commercial models and market trends, and give feedback to shape solution development
• Achieve sales and programme funding targets

Required profile

• Experience selling Microsoft Cloud, Data and AI solutions, with knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and commercial frameworks
• Proven track record in sales and business development of enterprise services enabled by Microsoft technology
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and influence senior stakeholders at Microsoft and PwC
• Entrepreneurial approach to shaping new opportunities
