Über die Position

Vistoria Group vermittelt für eine Kundin in Zürich Oerlikon, ein KMU im Bereich Bürokommunikationsgeräte, das schweizweit tätig ist, eine/n Disponent/in für die Servicetechniker. Die Stelle ist zu 100 % vor Ort.

Hauptaufgaben

Service- und Reparaturaufträge entgegennehmen
Disposition der Servicetechniker für die ganze Schweiz
Termine koordinieren
Reklamationen bearbeiten
Diverse Administration, z. B. Auftragsbestätigungen erfassen

Anforderungsprofil

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Disponent/in
Kaufmännische Aus- oder Weiterbildung
Alter zwischen 24 und 48 Jahren
Gute Geografiekenntnisse

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Deutsche Muttersprache
Gute Französischkenntnisse
Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
