DSM Project Management Office Lead

About the role

ABB's DSM (Data & Systems Modernization) is a business-led program strengthening trusted data, modernizing systems and building a Common Digital Foundation. The PMO Lead is a senior, strategic role reporting to the Program Lead, Data & Systems Modernization, responsible for the end-to-end global deployment of DSM solutions. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global deployment strategy and oversee country and regional rollouts through Cluster Leads, keeping them on schedule, within scope and aligned with governance, quality and compliance standards.
• Directly supervise the Integrated Planning Lead for global and country-level planning.
• Serve as the key escalation point for deployment issues, risks or resource conflicts.
• Build relationships with executives, business leaders, functional heads and regional management, and run deployment governance reviews with DSM leadership and Steering Committees.
• Ensure consistency of standards, methodologies and program reporting across workstreams.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably Master's) in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project or program deployment, rollout coordination or implementation leadership, preferably in large-scale ERP or IS/data transformation programs.
• Extensive experience planning, coordinating and executing multi-country deployments.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to manage several priorities under tight deadlines.
