Early in Career Program Coordinator Intern (EMEA, Basel)

About the role

Roche is looking for an intern on its global Early in Career (EiC) team, based in Basel for 6 to 12 months. The EiC team belongs to the Integrated Workforce Strategy (IWS) organization, which covers talent attraction, talent pipelining and recruitment, and aims to accelerate the advancement of outstanding talent at early stages of their career.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of impactful projects within early talent management to drive meaningful outcomes for the organization.
• Create experiences for early talent that foster development, networking and a strong sense of community.
• Lead or collaborate on intern committees to design innovative initiatives for early talent.
• Drive and take part in talent engagement and outreach activities that connect with the next generation of key talent.
• Partner with EiC teams, business leaders and People & Culture colleagues regionally and globally to support operations and build relationships.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within 12 months of the start date, with expertise in HR management, organizational development, communications or a related field.
• Strong commitment to culture, diversity and inclusion.
• Stakeholder management skills: analyzing customer needs and turning them into appropriate actions.
• Able to tackle complex problems, organize tasks and drive actionable results.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
