P&OG Consulting Lead - Diagnostics

About the role

Roche's People & Culture (P&OG) is looking for a Consulting Lead for Diagnostics in Basel. The role is accountable for designing and accelerating large-scale organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives across the Pharma division, acting as a key system-wide link so that the Consulting area of practice delivers consistent, high-impact results aligned with Roche's long-term ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead the Consulting area of practice with the Practice Lead and other Consulting Leads
• Build the brand and advocate for the Consulting practice
• Design, lead and execute large-scale and complex change and transformation initiatives, including leading the Consulting Points of Contact for Diagnostics
• Partner with the BP Chapter Lead and BPEs for Diagnostics, the Divisional Strategy and Strategy Implementation team and key business leaders
• Develop collaborative partnerships with transformation offices and other teams working on transformation and organizational effectiveness across Roche
• Act as a system-wide link across transformation work and sit on the DPCET (Dia People & Culture Enabling Team)

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant consulting experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity
• Ideally internal consulting practice or a large external consultancy in OD, management and/or leadership
• Proven senior stakeholder management in a complex, matrix environment
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills, and a track record of partnering with P&C and other parts of the organization
• System thinking and enterprise mindset, formal or informal leadership experience
• Ability to face ambiguity, challenge the status quo and push back
• Fluent English is a must; other languages are a plus

The preferred location is Basel or Rotkreuz; other European locations may be considered at the hiring manager's discretion. Pay transparency applies to the primary posting location, Basel.
