E‑commerce Merchandising Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑commerce Merchandising Specialist to join our digital team. You will be responsible for managing the online product assortment, optimizing the user experience, and driving commercial performance across our luxury‑focused e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the online catalogue, ensuring product data, categories and attributes are accurate and complete.
• Support visual merchandising by arranging products on listing pages, landing pages and site navigation.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, sell‑through and stock coverage.
• Analyse sales and user‑behavior data to identify opportunities for assortment and journey optimisation.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing and Content teams to align launches, collections and storytelling.
• Ensure high‑quality product content, including images, descriptions and cross‑selling elements.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital merchandising, preferably in fashion, luxury or premium sectors.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms or product‑catalog management tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools.
• Excellent aesthetic sense aligned with luxury standards.
• Analytical mindset, precision and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Good command of English.
