Education Specialist (French) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an Education Specialist fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models. You will work remotely, interacting with AI systems in both English and French to improve their ability to support teaching, learning, and assessment across multilingual classrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the AI model on real‑world and theoretical education scenarios, using both English and French.
• Verify the pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy of model responses.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Provide feedback on lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and assessment strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in French with experience in French‑speaking education systems.
• Background in curriculum development, classroom technology, or digital learning environments.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills, able to “show your work” clearly.
