EHS Expert – Occupational Hygiene (All Genders)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EHS Expert specialized in Occupational Hygiene to support the implementation of our EHS management system at the Vevey campus. You will help deploy the site’s EHS strategy, drive risk‑mitigation programs, and foster a strong EHS culture in line with Swiss regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deploy EHS programs covering compliance, workplace risk assessment, incident investigation, audits, training, communication and performance monitoring.
• Develop, implement and oversee Occupational Hygiene programs and other EHS disciplines as defined by the Duty Holder framework.
• Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives on an as‑needed basis, coordinating with site stakeholders.
• Participate in EHS design reviews, new equipment safety assessments and facility integration activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in EHS risk assessments, exposure assessment and hazard control.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO standards and Swiss health & safety legislation.
• Degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Biology), Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Health and Safety Diploma recognized in Switzerland (e.g., Chargé de Sécurité CFST, Ingénieur sécurité CFST, spécialiste STPS, expert STPS).
• Environmental qualification recognized in Switzerland is a plus.
