Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager – Pharma & Biotech GMP (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end investment projects for pharma and biotech sites in Switzerland. The role offers full ownership from concept design through GMP commissioning, with high technical and budgetary autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead E&I projects on pharma, biotech or regulated process industry sites.
• Develop technical specifications, tender packages and negotiate with contractors.
• Coordinate cross‑trade activities (process, automation, HVAC, mechanical).
• Supervise construction, oversee commissioning and manage GMP qualification phases.
• Apply Swiss standards (SIA 108, NIBT, OIBT) and GMP guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of industrial E&I project management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with commissioning and GMP qualification (CQV, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Working knowledge of Swiss standards SIA 108, NIBT, OIBT.
• Fluent English (C1); French or German at B2 level or higher preferred.
