EMBA Student Experience Coordinator Intern

About the role

IMD, the International Institute for Management Development, is recruiting an Executive MBA Student Experience Coordinator intern (100%, 1 February to 31 July 2027) to support the EMBA Student Experience and Academic Services operations. The EMBA program is delivered both virtually and face-to-face.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the EMBA programs with high-level service and world-class standards
• Coordinate program deliverables, collect teaching materials from faculty and liaise with internal departments such as marketing, communication and F&B
• Contribute to the learning management system that supports students' learning experience
• Answer student requests during their learning journey
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and student experience
• Support the delivery of virtual sessions and webinars

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality or event management
• A business management certification with strong experience in a multicultural customer relations role is also possible
• Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required

Required skills

• Excellent English; French and other languages are an advantage
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently, with strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player, stress management, customer-oriented, organized and proactive
