About the role

Join the hospitality team at Glion Institute of Higher Education’s Bulle campus as a Restaurant & Bar Employee. You will deliver professional service to guests while supporting students in developing their own service skills in a dynamic, premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous service in the campus restaurant and bar.
• Assist with mise en place, take orders, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support students during practical training sessions, helping them refine service techniques.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
• Contribute to service innovation initiatives and special event execution.
• Report operational needs and any issues to supervisors or managers promptly.
• Control daily production, manage quantities, and ensure accurate stock handling.

Required profile

• Professional diploma in hospitality or a related service field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in food & beverage service, ideally in premium or fine‑dining settings.
• Training in food & beverage service or bartending is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of basic restaurant and bar service standards.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
