End User Services IT Technician – Zurich

About the role

We are seeking an End User Services IT Technician to join a high‑growth organization in Zurich. The role focuses on deploying, supporting and maintaining the digital infrastructure that enables daily business operations across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and support local digital infrastructure including PCs, printers, LAN/WAN, local servers and telephony.
• Maintain end‑user devices (desktops, laptops) and ensure they operate according to group digital standards.
• Participate in corporate Digital Workplace projects such as WAN, LAN and VoIP upgrades.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets, meet SLO targets and perform root‑cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Provide technical support, assistance and training to end users within agreed SLA timeframes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user IT support or similar technical role.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekend or overtime when required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to staying updated with industry best practices.
