Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager with Diligent, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, deepening customer engagement, and shaping how businesses use our cutting‑edge governance, risk and compliance solutions. Success means expanding product adoption among existing customers and bringing new clients onto the Diligent One Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets, quota and customer business needs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle using Diligent’s approved methodology, from prospecting to deal close.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts and reports in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and drive upsells.

Required profile

• 4+ years of account management and new‑business acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS or GRC.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger.
• Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders across organisations.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline and forecast management.
• MEDDIC sales methodology.
