Enterprise Architect – Business & Operations Systems

About the role

The Enterprise Architect for OS & BF will shape the architectural landscape across core business domains such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing, Traceability, Logistics, Supply Chain and Omnichannel Operations. Reporting to Group Technology, the role ensures that the enterprise architecture delivers a coherent, scalable and business‑aligned blueprint that enables Richemont’s Maisons and Group Functions to operate efficiently and support transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain‑specific architectural leadership and act as the architecture authority for all OS & BF functional domains.
• Translate business capability needs into target architectures, high‑level designs and actionable guidance.
• Guide and harmonise solution delivery, coaching solution architects across Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Omnichannel programmes.
• Lead Design Authority sessions, validate solution designs and manage architectural risks, trade‑offs and technical debt.
• Define and maintain domain reference architectures, capability maps, target‑state blueprints and transition road‑maps.
• Support major transformation programmes such as ERP modernisation, manufacturing and supply‑chain digitisation, traceability platform development, omnichannel platform evolution, HR platform enhancements and procurement transformation.
• Represent OS & BF domains in enterprise‑wide architecture forums and promote cross‑domain alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large, multi‑domain organisations.
• Strong understanding of finance, HR, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, supply‑chain and omnichannel business processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technology teams and architecture peers.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural principles, patterns and decisions.
