Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join BLP as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative and own the outreach to potential customers. You will work closely with the Sales team to prospect, nurture relationships, and drive qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic outbound outreach through cold calls and personalized messages.
• Craft tailored value propositions for Finance, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders.
• Prospect large accounts, build long‑term relationships, and engage multiple levels within client organisations.
• Generate a qualified pipeline primarily through outbound activities.
• Stay ahead of market trends by analysing procurement processes and industry developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales environment with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills, able to adapt style to CFO, CPO, CEO or CIO conversations.
• Resilient to rejection and capable of maintaining momentum through long sales cycles.
• Team player with ownership, accountability and problem‑solving curiosity.

Required skills

• Experience with sales technology such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
