Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative you will own outreach into enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts, working closely with the sales team to prospect and nurture relationships with CFO, CPO, CEO and CIO stakeholders for BLP's Agentic AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic outreach through cold calls and personalized messages to C‑level stakeholders in finance, procurement and IT.
• Craft tailored value propositions for Purchase‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Build multi‑threaded stakeholder maps and run 30‑minute discovery calls, owning the meeting, not just the booking.
• Continuously update commercial knowledge, analyse procurement and finance processes, and track industry trends in Agentic AI and ERP automation.
• Carry a quota of 1.2 M ARR closed‑won sourced per year.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, preferably selling to manufacturing, industrial or finance/procurement buyers.
• Proven track record of building stakeholder maps in complex enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Resilient to rejection, able to navigate long, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to CFO, CPO, CEO or CIO conversations.
