About the role
Lead the strategy function at ActAI, a company building proactive AI‑native applications for everyday users. You will partner with engineering, product, hiring, operations and business development to drive high‑impact initiatives and solve critical business challenges as the organization scales.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives across the business.
- Collaborate with leadership to address product and business challenges.
- Build new teams, processes and capabilities to support growth.
- Lead projects from planning through execution, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Research new markets, products and business opportunities.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving skills and solid business judgment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Comfortable working across multiple business functions.
- High ownership, execution focus and excellent communication.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Curious, resourceful and driven to build.
