Enterprise Web Consultant & Manager (German required, part‑time)

About the role

You will translate client goals into clear project plans, lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex web solutions using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Payload. The position starts with 15–30 hours per week and may grow to full‑time or a leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large website projects from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Act as the main client contact, keeping decisions moving and expectations clear.
• Coordinate designers, developers, marketers and analytics specialists to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Advise on CMS platform capabilities, content architecture and implementation choices.
• Translate business goals and user needs into briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, scope and risks, raising issues early and resolving them with the team and client.
• Oversee testing, launch and use analytics and client feedback to identify improvements.

Required profile

• Proven record managing and launching web projects with budgets of €20 k–€30 k (experience with €50 k–€100 k projects is a strong advantage).
• Ability to own projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision, setting priorities and making sound decisions.
• Strong control of scope, budgets and timelines, with early risk identification.
• Fluent professional German and strong English communication skills.
• Agency or digital consultancy experience managing multiple projects.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress and Payload.
• Strong understanding of UX, digital marketing and analytics.
