Team Lead

About the role

The Team Lead will guide a group of engineers to deliver large, complex, multi‑component features for Digital Asset’s blockchain platform, Canton. This role combines technical leadership with HR responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality solutions and team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high‑quality, thoroughly tested solutions.
• Break down work into achievable tasks, sequence them across team members, and communicate effectively.
• Reduce project risk by understanding cross‑team and cross‑component dependencies.
• Collaborate with product management and other technical leaders to align on strategy and execution.
• Maintain team culture, morale, and continuous improvement of efficiency.

Required profile

• Broad and deep understanding of Daml and Canton.
• MS or PhD in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong architectural and systems leadership skills.
• Ability to work across teams and geographies and accurately estimate projects.
