Event Specialist – International Luxury Events

About the role

Vacheron Constantin is seeking an Event Specialist to join its International Event Team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and executing high‑profile press and client events worldwide, ensuring the brand is represented with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative concepts for international press and client events.
• Create detailed event plans, timelines and budgets, and oversee execution from conception to post‑event analysis.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics, coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and partners, and supervise production of event‑related materials.
• Ensure flawless on‑site execution, handling operational aspects, guest management and hospitality for press and VIP clients.
• Track event budgets, monitor expenditures, analyse performance metrics and prepare comprehensive post‑event reports.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field with a strong understanding of the luxury industry.
• Solid experience in international event management, project management, marketing or public relations.
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• High agility, strong organization, communication and analytical skills, combined with creativity and team spirit.
• Fluency in English and French.
