Harmattan AI is building autonomous defense systems and seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to support its founders. The role sits at the intersection of advanced technology and national security, requiring discretion, rapid execution, and direct impact on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level executive support, managing a complex international calendar, preparing briefing materials, and acting as a gatekeeper for communications.
• Coordinate interactions with senior stakeholders—including government officials, investors, and strategic partners—and draft high‑quality communications in Swiss German and English.
• Oversee complex international travel logistics, serve as a central coordination point for business activities, and support ad‑hoc projects linked to strategic priorities.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in high‑performance environments such as private equity or private office.
• Fully bilingual in Swiss German and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, international, high‑pressure settings and manage complexity with precision.
• Strong technical proficiency with modern productivity tools, including AI‑enhanced applications.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and proactive organization.
• Calm, solutions‑driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
