Executive Assistant to Founders

About the role

As an Executive Assistant at Harmattan AI, you will act as the trusted right‑hand partner to the founders, coordinating priorities, stakeholders, and strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level executive support across business and personal priorities, managing a complex international calendar.
• Act as gatekeeper and communication filter, handling inbound requests with sound judgment.
• Prepare briefing materials and ensure readiness for all engagements.
• Coordinate interactions with senior stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and strategic partners.
• Manage complex international travel planning and logistics, supporting ad‑hoc strategic projects.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of proven experience supporting senior leaders in high‑performance environments such as private equity or private office.
• Fully bilingual in Swiss German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
