About the role
As Assistant to two Global Leadership Team (GLT) Members, you will provide administrative and strategic support, serving as the primary point of contact for administrative and organizational matters across multiple functions. The role requires balancing competing executive priorities, anticipating business needs, and ensuring seamless coordination across executive offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an extremely active calendar, approve expense reports, compose confidential correspondence, and arrange complex global travel plans and itineraries.
- Provide administrative support for the professional and, where applicable, personal commitments of the GLT members.
- Plan, coordinate, and enforce schedule adherence while acting as a gatekeeper and gateway to the executives’ time.
- Balance and prioritize the needs of two GLT members, handling stakeholder requests, meeting preparation, travel, correspondence, and follow‑up actions with discretion.
- Coordinate multiple internal and external meetings with various stakeholders.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, including sensitive or confidential matters, determining appropriate actions.
- Collaborate within a broader executive‑assistant team, sharing information proactively and deputizing as needed.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes, digital tools, tracking systems, and coordination routines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education.
- 5–8 years of experience supporting executive leadership in a complex, global multinational environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive issues independently and to deliver high‑quality output under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust‑based relationships with senior executives and external partners.
- Outstanding judgment, discretion, and diplomatic skills when handling confidential information.
- Business‑fluent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented problem‑solving with solid decision‑making capabilities.
- High flexibility to accommodate a demanding and fluid schedule.
- Understanding of the agricultural business and global industry drivers is highly preferred.
