Executive Director, Europe, Compliance

About the role

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced compliance leader to join its European operations. As Executive Director, Europe, Compliance, you will guide the development and execution of healthcare compliance programs across the region, supporting the launch of innovative oncology therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous development of European Healthcare Compliance Programs in line with global strategy and OIG Guidance.
• Build and manage a team of European Compliance Officers to support country‑specific business units.
• Represent Compliance on the European Leadership team and collaborate with cross‑regional functions.
• Identify legal and regulatory issues, industry trends, and applicable codes, advising on policy adoption and revisions.
• Design, implement, and monitor a comprehensive compliance training program for employees and third parties.
• Foster a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the region.
• Provide oversight for Commercial and Medical activities such as grants, sponsorships, speaker bureaus, and advisory boards.
• Offer subject‑matter expertise for the development of compliance‑related systems, tools, and technology solutions.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance functions in Europe.
• Proven ability to build and manage compliance teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of OIG Compliance Program Guidance, industry codes, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, Legal, Finance, and HR leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering effective compliance training programs.
